Looking to pick up for good price. The subscription on steam is only $6 a month, does it include all dlcs? Yes it includes all dlcs. Humble Bundle gave dlcs for really cheap in the past, it was a better deal but If you don't have it I guess it's good. Depends on how much you play. And how many dlcs you already have. If you have none, go for dlcs. I have art of war, res publia, wealth of nations, el dorado, conquest of paradise, common sense. Looking at the other big DLCs. I mainly play in… Basically an EU4 DLC Guide that talks about which eu4 dlcs are worth buying and how to get eu4 dlcs cheap Here's my Humble Partner link if This is a good guide if you don’t mind watching a video on the topic. So basicly, most important: art of war. rights of man. common sense. mandate of heaven. dharma. el dorado. Hello all, Just bought EU4, I've been told that Castile is one of the "easy" countries to start with and I have been trying to figure out reconquista, but I cannot figure out how to do it - watched some videos and it mentions something about "slackening," but that appears to be a DLC thing. For me I'd buy them in this order: Art of War, Res Republica, Wealth of Nations, El Derado, Conquest of Paradise. If you like colonising then El Derado after Art of War. Just bought this game on the Steam sale, used your guide to figure out which DLC I wanted (all). Thanks for the great post, kind stranger! Just get the Humble deal. They're currently running a sale for all EU4 DLC's except Origins and the base game (actually worth like 400$) on steam or on epjc for just 20$. And yes, altough it seems too good to be true, Humble is totally trustworthy! The DLC subscription is by far the best value. EDIT: As clarification: there is a DLC sub on steam. It's $5 per month and includes all the DLCs so you can experience the game with all the features without the upfront cost. From the steam store: Subscribers must already own the Europa Universalis IV base game. There are sales all the time so you may be able to purchase the base game and DLCs at a very low price (though it will still be a chunk of money for an old game). I personally would recommend it, it’s probably my favourite game of all time. I do own all DLCs and I regret absolutely nothing. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.
